There were 2 missing snowboarders found in mid November, could it have been one of their boards?

I seriously doubt it was the guys from Novembers gear. Their stuff would be buried under 10-20 feet of snow by now

I've been on a (really miserable) tour in the Mammoth area when a buddy's board got taken by the wind on a lunch break and we watched it for a few K vertical. Painful.

Hopefully you'll find the owner and it won't be a story of a lost climber on the mountain.
