Get your favorite board and have someone split it for you. Sicksplits in Seattle did mine and I love it. And it's 1/5 of the price. Otherwise, I'd say Venture.

I'm happy with my venture. Love the way it rides. I'm pretty hard on boards, I've put it through some abuse, and it seems bombproof. A bit heavy though...I guess that's the tradeoff.

I'm riding the T.Rice 164.5 split from Lib and have no complaints about the durability. The only issue that I had at the end of last season was directly caused by me and an early season rock strike on Nov. 6 at Maple pass. It didn't cause any issues until July or so. The weight seems reasonable and it rides well although I'd rather have the 161.5 (but that's a minor complaint).

Take your favorite pow board and cut it in half! The voile kit is cheap and it's an easy weekend job.

I have 4 years on an ex-rental Mojo, and it shows no signs of giving up.

Also worth remembering that NeverSummer make splits, and their solids are legendary for durability. I still ride the same NS deck inbounds I learnt on 15 years ago.
