i love a good DIY though.

I made my own DIY and rode it for a few seasons, it worked okay but I recently upgraded to a Jones Solution splitboard. I would highly recommend that board, rides great and so far its very durable

I only have experience with 1 board and for less than a year. It's a Prior AMF twin. The board rides pretty well. I've put a lot of tours on it and no problems so far. Went with the Voile pucks, Spark Blaze, Spark Mr. Chomps, and Voile tractors.
