Your problem reminded me of reviews I'd read of long ago concerning Dynafit Free Touring 10.0 skis.

Hopefully, Dynafit will replace your second pair and third time's a charm.

Have you tried warrenteeing the skiis -- seems like this is crummy construction.

I've owned five pairs of Dynafit skis, all of them waxed multiple times with a 135-140 C. iron, and have never had any delam issues. I doubt it is your fault. Dynafit customer service is top-notch, I would try contacting them with a detailed description/explanation and photos. John Milne heads the warranty department.

It's a problem I've seen a lot on the thin edged cap-construction dynafit skis (manaslu, 7-summits, maybe others (not guides)), call them up for a warranty, there is no way any ski should do that so quickly, much less one you might be inclined to take way into the backcountry and trust with your well being.

I contacted John, thanks for that email address.  I will give an update on his response when i get it.  They replaced the last pair in 2 weeks so I was impressed with their service the last time this happened.

Just wanted to update on the outcome on this situation. Dyanfit replaced the skis after a little bit of confusion on their end caused a couple extra weeks of a delay, no harm no foul. Hopefully the third time's the charm...
