I have 2 dogs. One siberian and one pointer lab. I wouldnt recommend anyone get a husky. The only thing in your list that the siberian does better is stay warm in the alpine.

I do recomend checking out german shorthaired pointer lab mixes.

I love kololo for her quick to dry non snow sticking swimming dog fur.
Swimming paws and long legs make for great flotation in deep snow.
Sight and scent hound.
Overall just a strong smart and very loyal .

Her cons would be that she is a little anxious and whiney but she probably gets that from me.

Thanks, Alecapone! I definitely will be checking out the German Shorthair Pointer-Lab mixes. Sounds like a great snow/water dog. Plus, My OCD will probably be a good fit for those anxious and high-energy dogs :)
