I've been using a drycleaning shop that is immediately next door to Panda Labs by the seattle Center. I had quotes of like $60 to $90 to get a zipper replaced on a pile jacket. It cost me $30. I've had a number of clothing items repaired there. They don't do heavier pack repair.
