Can't see any pics, but I am guessing it's Andy Hill?... edited. My guess was wrong! but Mr. Hill does his fair share for SAR, but for King county. Thanks Becky.

Oyvind is the man. He spends soooo much of his free time training and working on rescues. Nice work Oyvind and all the rescue folks involved.

All that training and practice seems like it payed off, breaking a main line, and being checked by the backup, and that boy safely home, all in a long day/nights work, very impressive.
