You've been a member all a long, David. You just haven't been attending the meetings or paying the dues

Replied by ron j on topic The Construction of the Rondos Begins
The Rondos, the custom powder backcountry boards designed specifically for PNW stroke surviving, ski-geezers
, have officially passed from their design to their manufacture phase.
Here is what Kam Leang , President, Lead Designer, Manufacturer, Machinist, Woodworker, Layup Specialist, Floor Sweeper, and Toilet Cleaner of Ski Lab had to say about the commence of this new phase:
“Ron, last night I did the shaping of the wood cores for your skis! Each core is precision cut and shaped using the computer-controlled router that I built specifically for making skis. I'll later send a video soon of it in action. As you can see, the router allows me to cut the shape of the core material (and even the base material) with precision. The router is really neat and fun to watch!

Your graphics are being printed and should be ready in a few days. After that, I'll finish up getting all the materials together and then layup and press. I plan to make a video of it all so you can see the entire assembly of your skis!!!”
I’m hoping some the rest of you are enjoying this journey as much as I am. Fun!
