Dynafit Comfort Heel Lift Problem...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?  Over the years I guess the plastic heel lifter has had enough torque and the screw ripped out of the side of the plastic.  I was trying to think of a way to improvise a similar piece to replace it with, just wondering if anyone has any ideas or has had this problem before. Or if you know where I could get a new part this time of year...  Thanks!

Pick up a pair of the heel risers from B&D, that BC Skier links to -- they're easy to install and beefier than the factory version.
