This is a pretty standard problem. Especially if you run ski brakes. You can call Salewa the distributor and order replacements, or visit Marmot or Pro Ski. The definitive website for dynafit advice is wildsnow.com. I think once you bust one of your volcanos (Heel lift) , typically the replacements last much longer, due to increased awareness about how the part is under-built. You do need to be careful to not overload when rotating your bindings.

B&D's replacements posts are beefier than the stock posts, too, for what it's worth.

B&D also use a finer thread machine screw and has much more beef around the threaded hole. Much better design, much less chance of the sort of failure in OP's pic.

New risers are ordered through B & D. So far so good with them, quick response, should have them in a few days. I'm pondering ordering some ski crampons as well. Looking forward to getting my bindings back to fully operational status soon. Thanks again for the help everyone!
