How to keep old skis out of the landfill?

Nice chair!! This is what we do with primo Atomic Sugar Daddy's that get stranded in central Upstate NY.

We break a decent number of outriggers every season on our sit skis and are always in need of old/junk skis that can be used to make new outriggers. Any old skis you have laying around that you want to get rid of will work as long as they still have something close to an edge on them. Feels good helping out an awesome cause too!

Great suggestion. Happy to see them go to a good cause and get a bit more use (well, the tips, anyay!), I dropped them off at Outdoors For All today. The Totally Pistes with "hotrod" flames will likely be popular with your speed demons.

Put them in your basement and let your kids deal with them at the estate sale.

This applies to most any item. Houses with crawl spaces carry special status: anything stored there need never be dealt with again by owner or heir.

There is a guy just out of Gold Bar that is building a fence out of skis. Just drop em by. There is a sign out front and is on the left as you head east on Hwy 2.
