Where the weather went...

David I'm pretty sure I'm missing the flavor of your thread but your links won't load on my computer.  What I do know is that I wasn't where the weather went today but I know people who were there.

hey, wickstad, yeah an awesome mission event.  seems all i get on my rare visits there is ice.  about the links, i noted above, the other day, some misbehavin.  anyway, it was just snotel evidence of a more southerly than usual jettrack carrying +/- record water.  were it tracking more our way, it might actually be disastrous given our maritime and elevation profiles - although my 'five strand' forecast for west idaho would be assured   

edited to add that the first link should load fine - it can be slowish, though.  Also, keep in mind that it is not a static page so what may appear impressive one day, may not the next - or visaversa.

edit again to note that the second link is working again... snow gremlins..
