Kootenay Kamp Meat

2 ham hocks
2 hog jowels
2 pounds bacon
2 pounds ham
2 pounds ground beaf
black beans, red beans, white beans (for color)
onions and salt.

butcher hog. cook meat. boil for 5 or 6 hours.
best served hot. you know what to do!

Get up at 5 a.m., put two slices of last night's pizza face-to-face in a large-ish zip loc bag (folding the tips is fine if you got stingy on the bag size and/or the slices are big). Stuff in pack, eat when hungry. In cold weather this delicacy will keep for up to two days.
