Face shots are a right, not a privilege! I was fortunate enough to have stomach flu this weekend. I tell you ... touring is fun when you have nausea and chills and aches ... but anything for powder. Just kidding, I could barely get out of bed, so I slept in the bathroom.
On a related note, when do the other people start publishing their stashes?

If and when they choose to, I suspect. It's getting harder to find convenient solitude.
There is a middle way that gives good conditions reports without giving away the mystery of the mountains. Ever stumbled upon a couloir that you hadn't noticed before, suddenly seen a line on a peak that you'd passed by many times before, or spent a day thrashing through brush because what looked like a good idea wasn't? The adventure is as important as the skiing.
Every stash is prominently featured on USGS quads. Stashes help spread skiers out. There are a whole lot of them. Once you find one, finding more is easier.
It's also super fun to share them with friends, but perhaps not the entire internet.
I just took the photo below from the hill above my office. My eye was immediately drawn to a number of lines I'd never seen before. I bet that line in the center of the frame is really sweet right now. All you have to do is look (and if you go right now, it's really pretty!)

I agree with Marcus and others that the more TRs the better - both new locals and old easy haunts. I've loved this site for two reasons: conditions info (the most recent Heather Ridge TR very useful), and psych - reading some of Sky's old posts was better than anything in the mags. Of course as a web 2.0 user generated site none of that works if everyone lurks - if you read the TRs then you should write some! Don't get hung up about the chest beating BS, anything is better than nothing, if you are sworn to secrecy just a note about general area/elevation conditions helps.
On a related note that I've touched on before; as a visually oriented person I prefer to tell my story with pictures and find the limit here constricting so I no longer post full TRs, but use NWHikers and cross post a note and link back here.

Thanks Jim.
For what it's worth, I'll be revisiting the picture policy here, probably sometime over the summer. It'll be less restricted, but probably not unlimited. More to come.
