what happened to sstrooper's video reports?

If the person who's doing the posting is directly profiting from the advertising in the post (unlike a link you might post to Black Diamond), then yes, those would be considered advertisements and would be removed.


For clarity, does that mean that if I posted the link to the sstrooper video then it would be ok as I would not profit but if sstrooper posts the link then it would not be allowed as he is sponsored by the acknowledgment notices (ads) and hence profits?

When the snow trooper site began a couple years ago it was called Snoqualmie Snow Troopers and was pretty much local reports of the Snoqualmie area. I liked it in that format and would view it from time to time.
Over the past year or so the site has changed names to "The Snow Troopers" and reports from all over and has advertisements pretty much everywhere. I put a link to them back when they first came online, but most likely that will be going away on my site since I don't find them of much interest anymore. That's just me, but I'm sure many of you may like what they do.
