Rogers Pass Virgin

I'll be there three days late Jan. What are three must-do tours/descents you would most highly recommend?? Por favor...

I was thinking you'd be sacrificing a Rogers Pass virgin, to bring back the snow...

Lookout Col is a fantastic tour.

i've been there a few times and my all-time fav was the youngs peak traverse...up the snout of the illecillewaet glacier, across the neve to Youngs Peak, up over the top and then ski down the Seven Steps of Paradise run on Youngs past the Asulkan hut and back out to the highway.... its a very full day, headlamps a good idea and glacier gear definitely recommended.

(if conditions allow, opting for the Forever Youngs couloir from the top of Youngs instead of the rather mellow skiing of the Seven Steps run would be a spicy alternative)

Cool! I read your TR on this traverse. Saw some photos, Kearny, et. al., youtube of FY Couloir, and am now sufficiently stoked. Thanks for the suggestion!
