Haha, didn't take much to bring you back out though.  ;)

Gotta admit, my knees are starting to protest, too. But I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess...

Yea I know, 2 days without skiing and I got withdrawl symptoms. Had to go today.

This weather reminds me of the conditions I grew up with in Upstate New York. Big dumps were almost always followed by rain and then a clear, cold, hard as pavement freeze up. The ever present ice made the modest mountains in the area challenging. The mark of a weekend spent skiing was bruised hips. El None-Yo is the year to head south and ski the desert mountains during their once in 8 years snowpack, cause it ain't goin' on here!

I hope you're right.
Ski conditions are so suck at the moment I've actually gone to work rather than ski... and that's bad. :'(

This coming from you, Scotsman? Wow! I thought you said there were goods to be found within the slack and back country! Hence the reason why I bailed after a single run down the petting-zoo last week... (Crystal Mountain Zoo & Aquarium)

Misery loves company; it seems like everyone is POed judging by the most recent posts over the last 3-4 days...

Ullr, how are the tacos?????????

Lol! I admire you, my friend! I've heard great things about you and have always enjoyed your anecdotes on this site! I hope to ride with you some day soon!

It is still early in the season, were there not late-March/early-April pow days last year? Maybe it was the year prior, but nonetheless, we just need the temps to take it down a peg or two, then we will be looking good...

I think I may pack the Dry-Ducks and head up to ride the rain slicked snow-cone tomorrow...
