1. The 1st Amendment is for protection when speaking about your government not ski areas in Colorado

2. The area only amended their early and late season schedule and stated if there was enough snow they would be open more days in those time periods

3. She got her money back. Just because you bought a pass at any resort doesn't mean they are going to do everything a customer thinks a ski area should do,

4. I have a pair of skis with at bindings I could make her a deal on

She should be earning her turns, Ill agree with that....
but common, this was a mistake on the part of the resort. This is bad PR for them, much worse than if they had left it alone. Its always a good bet to allow your customers an outlet for their frustrations. Someone needs to go back to business school.

If it's late season and they don't have enough mid-week traffic to be profitable, it's reasonable to close. But, they should open the weekend to all passes. Seems like a PR no brainer. Summit does this late season.
