The Climate Prediction Center (of the NWS) has on its' front page a composite image and interface that graphically displays the 'out-there' forecast. I guess it would be the expression and culmination of the text discussion Gary is referring to also. The weather predictions have been pretty good for temperature range, while wandering on precip accuracy (but in accordance with confidence concerns expressed in text discussions).
