Rab Gear was created by The_Snow_Troll
Does anyone have experience with the softgoods produced by Rab? Specifically I'm looking at some of their clothing.

Thanks, steve

you can see and touch 'em at Featherd Friends! I checked out a few of their garments but went with Westcomb, due to the local (relative) manufacture.

Their Latok Gloves are sweet. If you struggle to find a glove that fits from the biggies (BD, OR, Mtn Hardwear etc.) try Rab.

I've had a Rab shell jacket for about 3 years now. I picked it up on a trip to Europe where they are all the rage with the climbing crowd.

Its honestly the best jacket I've had thus far. I don't have a single complaint. Its rugged, simple, light and breathable.

My wife has a Rab Neutrino down puffy and its one of the best I've seen as well (Also purchased 3+ years ago in Europe). We used it ice climbing in Norway at -25C and she was toasty warm while I froze in my REI puffy. It weighed about 1/2 that of my REI puffy as well so I was more than a bit jealous.

I usually go with Arcterx or Patagonia gear but will be moving to Rab gear now that its available in the states (Feathered Friends & Second Ascent)

Can't recommend it enough.

(No affiliation of course)
