I've been neglectful in participating in the board, dealing with the move and unpacking.  I'm still considering giving up on this project -- I don't mind putting the energy out for editing photos and putting together a calender, but the overall lack of interest from the community is disheartening.  I haven't begged for photos this month, and as of today (11 Apr) I've received zero March photos.  Oh, well.  I can't see interest increasing as summer approaches, so I think this is going to have to go into the good-idea-on-paper-but-not-quite-working-out bucket.

P!nhead, I know you want photos, and I'll been remiss in posting them.  So here's the most recent shot I took -- last weekend I was planning to go into Alpental backcountry, but the avy conditions kept me inbounds all morning as ski patrol dropped cornices.  Shortly after lunch I saw the aftermath of a natural slide just outside of the ropelines, so the furthest I got was Elevator.  Here's the shot of Elevator:

Today is the deadline for March photos, and I've received a sum total of... one photo. (I could submit one or two myself, but...)

It's obvious interest has waned to the point that I can't imagine how this could work through summer. I think it's just going to have to go down the "good ideas that didn't work" tube...
