Good Tuning Tips was created by weekendclimber
I've never tuned my own ski's or even waxed them myself before, and am trying to find a good site that gives instructions. As a matter of fact, I'm still a bit iffy on what tools I'll need. I did a search here and nothing stood out, though the "Rusty Edges" thread was helpful. Any links or advice would be great. THNX ;)

Check out Tognar ... They've got a lot of great tips in their tuning database and are a good source for quality tools.

This seems to work well.  I do use an edge tuner though.

That's WAY too fast... I'd be hard pressed to drink more than one beer during that tuning process. :)

Wow, the Q&P is almost exactly my routine, except I set my iron on "wool", not cotton.

Another good source of tuning supplies, a bit more affordable than Tognar, is ARTech .
