Haven't been up there myself but was reliably told that on Sat. one could not get more than 2/3 mile beyond 29 Pines. Some snomo assist skiers and lots of high mark crowd 'bilers.

Just went up there and someone had driven the road up to the beverly creek TH cutoff. deep ruts though. the snow is completely dry only a 1/2 mile past the closure sign and easily drivable to stafford creek. Mt Stuart was in fine shape! Kind of annoyed that someone rode snowmobiles over from beverly to turnpike. we had a machine but parked at beverly TH

What did you ski? Was the snow affected by Tuesday's warm temps?

On Tuesday, we were going for Ulrich but b/c it was our first experience with Stuart we decided that since we didn't have a definite landmark for the starting point we wouldn't waste a summit attempt and just go for the Cascadian. We entered the western cascadian which was nice and hard early in the morning. Towards the false summit we found 4 to 10 of fresh. A ski cut sent a nice slide that ran the full course of the proper couloir. The ski down the western branch from about 8000 ft was sweet corn festival. I would image that the top portion will be a bit strange with all of the snowball size chunder balls mixed with cream cheese like stuff but the slide path will probably be like a groomer. Note: the lower portion of the Cascadian proper looks pretty SKINNY.

Additionally, it snowed around an inch or so at 5000 ft tuesday night which could have been another 4 or so inches up above.
