alcohol content of bailey's vs. rumplemints for our hot chocolate, that's some useful info.

A little rump + 151 + hot chocolate = faceplant ;D

Not really a creature comfort, per se, and this is really more of a group decision and dependent on your weight allowance, but you may want to take a spare pair of boards (or two if you've got an AT/Tele mix in the group) and corresponding skins of course.  A snowboarder in our group at Fairy Meadows found himself with an irreparably broken snowboard and a full day left on the trip. Luckily we had a spare set of skis with Fritschis that we were able to adjust to his boot size (and luckily he snowboards in AT boots).  While he would have preferred snowboarding to skiing, at least he was still able to get out on the last day for some touring.

Oh, and the three pony kegs of beer we flew in with us made this creature very comfortable. :)

Personal hut shoes are a must. The floor will be wet and the last thing you will want to do is wear your shells. I second the group boots for the outhouse. A big pair of sorels is the best and they might already have them at the hut.

A small mp3 player is nice if you want to veg out by yourself (which can become necessary when you spend a week in such close quarters).

Stuff to keep yourself occupied if the weather is super bad or you want to take a day and rest (game/book).

Depending on your weight limit...a spare set of clothing to wear in the hut is great. You will be grateful to put on some cotton, or something that doesnt smell, or something that is just plain dry.

A couple pairs of earplugs...in case you lose one.

A pillowcase is good for comfort and hygiene if they provide pillows...

I found that bringing a fresh pair of socks for each day is really nice. Also, I bring a few pairs of long underwear, not one for everyday but a change for every other day. Like said earlier, ear plugs are nice and some kind of footwear to use around the hut, I like down booties.

Don't forget the schnapps: big bottle for the hut and bitty flask for skin transitions.

Here is a link to the equipment suggestions from the hut trip that I took last year:
www.skihike.com/winter/itin_skitraverse.html

They supplied a lot of things that a self-lead outing would not include.
