You can use snowmobiles on highway 410 through the park, and into White River CG. However, there is a gate across the highway at the Crystal Mtn turnoff. Snowmobiles can go around it in the woods, I don't know about a sno-cat though.

I have used one off the snowmobile trails going up rocky run, never encountred any ploblems with snowmobilers in fact just the opposite. Most of these areas are groomed by the State Parks and require a use permit. I would imagine it needs to registered like a sled. Not having a blade limits your options.

What about Twin Lakes up off the Baker Hwy?

Or the Teanaway drainage?

From my observations, the Twin Lakes Road is normally blocked off at the WSDOT facility by a large snow berm, probably to prevent people from trying to drive their cars up the road. This year, they've outdone themselves and the berm appears to be about 5' high so I don't think anything is getting up & over it..
