Another heli advantage is to be able to go where the snow is.  I was out on Wed and all we got was windblown.  Looks like you had the ultimate Valentines date for a pair of skiers.  Not gonna add that to your uphill vert though are you?  C'mon back for some of that when it snows next!

Ha, you're right about that.  I record lift days and earned vert.  I don't have a spot in my spreadsheet for a heli day.
By the way, I see from another post that you've been quite a bit.  Way to keep it up.  I've sort of lost my motivation with the lack of new snow around Mission.

Man did that look like fun! How long was your day? Any idea how much skiing you got in - looked like plenty?

I added it all up and it comes to 14,600'.  Runs ranged from 1300' to 2350' and we got 8 of them.  It felt like enough

Valentine's Date with my wife at NCHeli.  Spectacular!  It was nothing like the classic open powder field ads for Canadian Heli Skiing.  We got to ski steep chutes, get out of the helicopter on crazy knife edge ridges, pick your own line, jump off stuff... With no new snow comes terrain freedom.  I'm still buzzing.

Wow, looks like the "7" block is the northeast side of Tower Mtn? I can only imagine the incredible lines in there.
