There was no need to uncover rocks today. They were right on top. Currently my ski has epoxy drying to fix the core shot and I picked up some p-tex on the way hone.

The snow was awesome. Soft, cold (mid 20's at the base) and relatively dry. Nice moguls and powder--though a little disconcerting with snow snakes underneath. Fortunately no mishaps. Despite the $20 lift tickets I didn't have to wait in line.

And hey, I'm a rock star. I was skiing alone down cmac and the King 5 helicopter was hovering above me. At dinner while watching king 5 news, there I was! I hope they post the story and video on-line.

Yes, that was me in the yellow jacket! And what a nice thing to say about my skiing but you really should have more respect for the truth.

I was there today too testing out my new knee and searching out rocks, dirt, shrubs and what-not.   Great day and the snow was superb for preTurkey - day!
