I have never done "the wave" in a lift line before. The crowd was in pretty good spirits in spite of the wait. We gambled and came back to only a 2 minute line and the next run skied right on the chair. Thank you to everyone who bailed. There was much good skiing to be had!

He was  pelted with snow balls until he relented, shouldered his skis and hiked back up to the end of the line.

That I'd have loved to have seen! and participated in!

Never had that much of a line for the bus >:(

Well, I had one day where the bus didn't show AT ALL. It was one of those complete CrystalClusterFk days where the lots were full to F, and then people started parking on BOTH sides of CM Blvd for a mile past the diesel depot. Neither the shuttle nor any large vehicle could make it out anymore. One of the shuttles proved this by side scraping several cars and bumperlocking, and bottling up all traffic in or out. (Where were WSP and FSLEO that day, huh?)
Anyways, had to walk from Northway lot up.
Experiences like that always make me wonder where Crystal thinks they are going to put all the people that their expansion plans are intended to make come out of the woodwork.

And the line coming up around the corner...
I am one of the ones that left, but luckily southback opened just as I got to the other side of the resort.

I was one of the smart ones who stayed on Campbell when everyone was rushing to northway. Skied chair 6 for a couple of runs then Exterminator on my way to early lunch. Back on the hill by 12 and on to Northway with no line at all. Skied our legs off rest of the day. Everyone must have liked the line so much they went to southback so they could do it all over again.
