It's simple: 10" new upon our arrival and 14" when we left.  Upper lifts closed until a brief opening planned late afternoon.  Conditions were midwinter blower powder.  A brief sun appearance late afternoon.  It was sooooooooooooo Good. 

Why yes it was a good day.

It was okay.

Truly a bountiful day. Patience was rewarded when Rex rolled at 2. Mgmt kept Green Valley rollicking until 4pm. Hats off to Patrol for really busting their butts to get upper mtn open. When I looked out at 7 this AM it had just started to snow and blow. High gusts on top kept the early AM Patrol routes undoable. What a super spring surprise. despite the limited terrain open crowds were reasonable with the exception of the chinese fire drill start at Rex. I can proudly report that TAYers as a whole held their own in the line scramble and performed admirably on the somewhat variable goods.. Only a few elbows etc etc. For those who tried to ski/board over my Volkls, no worries, I only ski on the bottoms.
