Chair 2 was great today -- the snow at the very top of the the bowl had a dry styrofoam feel and it just kept coming down.

Anyone know if they've finally opened up International or anything off of Chair 2 other than Edelweiss bowl?

I stopped by to chat with patrol this morning. He gave me "zero" chance of opening Nash today so I headed over to schralp the beckoning pow at Central (lol). Patroller sited avy concern for the sure-to-be poached sidecountry and, plus he said they don't even have enough line today to set rope boundaries (um what!?). He also said there's almost zero chance Nash will open this weekend. (bummer).

I went back over after doing my share to track out Triple 60.... afternoon runs on rollen/gunmount were quite nice, but done until next storm.

thanks for the update...makes the decision on where to go tomorrow a little easier knowing they prolly won't have nash open.

....i'm sure plenty of folks would be happy to donate some parachute cord  to the patrollers if that would speed up opening of that part of the hill.
