A group of us climbed and skied a fun line from the North Shoulder of Shuksan on Saturday. Sunshine and stable powder conditions were had. Thanks to Eric, Sky, Andy, and Alex for a great day out. Click on the link below for pictures.

Been itching to ski the most direct line to that couloir since Eric and I skied the couloir almost two years ago.

That route picture really helps. Thanks.
I guess you guys never do (report) mellow. It is fun just to follow all the places people ski these days.

Nice work guys. Watching you from our camp on Saturday, great timing and great conditions it seems. Envious!

BTW- Eric, you're supposed to be holed up writing, aren't you? Come on dude, share the pain ;-)

I remember skiing Baker as a kid and looking up towards Mt Shucksan, wandering if that could be skied!
Well you guys proved it can.....
I am always happy the crew and my brother make it back safely.....

Wondered what ya'll were up to this weekend. Nice work. No sluffy, scary, slabby stuff this time! Eric, how did that little feeder colouir look?
ajjenkin: that ribbon looks tantalizing from above, but is some serious ski theory down low where it dumps into BYS--v. steep, probable loose snow on rock. the line we skied is something i intend to repeat (so good!), maybe someday that ribbon will come into some kinda 'shape.'
Ryan: all work and no play makes jack a dull boy...looking forward to when you can join us again.
