We had a great day skiing the east side of Ruth, south couloir of Ruth, summiting Icy, and then skiing the NW side and North slopes of Ruth.
The trail was completely snow free to 4700 ft, and then full snow coverage. Easy transition! After skiing down the gut of the north side, we did have to do some sidehilling to get back to the trail where our shoes were.
Ruth still has a few good weeks of skiing left! The south couloir might melt out sooner.
