Squeaked one out to save the streak. Straight up the lift-lines. Nothing remarkable but the bullet-proof rain crust. Snowfield was jet-engine, don't fall, ice. Few nice turns in ankle-deep wind-deposited fresh lower down in Mile canyon.
Had a time limit, but conditions didn't look any better further up. Left my little orange climbing partner on a rock just above Palmer bench. Bout 3000' for 2500'.
