Had a nice day of skiing on Dirtyface, in boot top snow. It was a little warmer than you would like near the bottom , but the snow up high was great. Plenty of snow to cover anything in the old burn, so skiing was care free. We dug a quick pit and were surprised to find the snow was more touchy than we expected. We stayed to low angle slopes, and ridges up and down.
