The snow at Paradise is really good right now. Coverage is decent and it's fully consolidated and smooth.
I went up the Muir route, booting Pan face although it could be skinned if you want to. Above Pan Point I broke out of the clouds into full sun. Travel was really glorious, and I saw a lot of marmots and snow insects and a few goat tracks. On the ski down, I returned to the inn through Golden Gate, which still has good coverage until a few hundred feet before the inn.
Get it while it lasts!
