Started hiking at 8am. The 3.5 mile approach has a lot of debris and snow bridges to watch out for.  It isn’t worth it to put skis on during any of the approach.  

Inter Fork Crossing was easy.  Stashed trail runners on a rock and transitioned.

Skinning all the way up the glacier is good.  No side-hilling, no ice, snow wasn’t too heavy.  I didn’t see any signs of snow instability, including roller balls.  I did not see any crevasse openings.

Ditto on the fun corn skiing, Angie.  The snout was in fine form, even the lower basin seemed less sticky than usual. 



Yes! flying through the basin with no sticky stuff was a blast!
