Short report: It's deep.

Longer report: Our party traversed from Crystal Mountain. We found variable density snow on north aspects--with breakable layers at times. Low angle skiing was better than steeper slopes on north aspects. South aspects had a supportive crust in the morning, but this broke down somewhat in the afternoon. We found a generally firm surface and good travel conditions on south and west aspects. The best skiing was on southwest slopes early in the day. Broken clouds and a complex airflow made for beautiful atmospherics.
