snow all day skied from 6300' down to Myriam Lake about 1.000 vert with very stable conditions in a foot of accumulated powder. Lots of lines down gunsight on the hike out which has become a favorite of the resort skiers who hike up with no gear then cut a traverse across the large bowl expanse a third of the way down to ski back to the resort. No respect for the mountain there, everyone has been lucky in regard to slide activity with the predominate westerly winds. It is the easterlies that bode ill for that terrain.
