With a favorable forecast for the East-Central Zone, we went ventured out to Earl Peak in the Teanaway. There is definitely enough snow for skiing all aspects in the alpine out there, but the low elevations are a little thin with plentiful creek crossings.

We parked at 29 Pines and went up Standup and out Stafford Creek. Both were a bit of a pain with lots of creek crossings. Standup is probably better because at least it is more direct and a shorter distance from the Sno-Park for those without a sled (like us).

Coverage is surprisingly okay up there.

Primo boot-top pow down the southeast face!

That looks so good!

Boot Top Powder! Haven’t seen that since last Spring. Skintrack Expedition planed for Tuesday to a Little Ridge SE of there..Very low expectations…Good job finding that.
