Thatcher Kelley (tkelley? can't remember his handle), Tobin and myself punched a skintrack up Lichtenburg yesterday a little shy of the north summit. If I were returning anytime soon I wouldn't be telling you this because we trudged through seriously deep snow. Hardest 2400' of vert ever as Thatch said.

If anyone chooses to follow in our footsteps, we set up a toll gate in the meadow for our efforts. We accept Good to Go (no HOV discount), ORCA cards, and bitcoin.

On a serious note, we were surprised at the limited reactivity of the snow though we saw evidence of some storm slab releases.
we found your skin track yesterday 12/22, and we were SO stoked! thank you guys big time! owe ya a beer... we got plenty of trail breaking too after dropping off the N side of Lichtenberg and certainly turned to type 1.5 fun.

We also found the snow un reactive, with only the top 2-3 inches that fell overnight dry sluffing on steep slopes.
