After the craziness of Black Peak, we opted for a mellow tour on Sunday. We met up with two more people, gary and john, at 9am at the blue lake trailhead. It was extremely clear and hot on sunday, which is why we ran into approximately 50 people also doing the tour. A nice hard skin pack made for easy skinning and great corn for some amazing skiing. A wonderful way to top off the weekend.

Excellent skiing, excellent company! It was hot hot hot on the way up to copper col... Good snow coverage all the way.
A classic moment was seeing a dog from take a vertical plunge of the edge of a cornice and go bounding down the slope with a party of skiiers from Bellingham!
