Skied the Crooked Couloir this afternoon with a friend, Jim. Relatively easy touring up from Alpental thanks to sun-affected afternoon snow. Approached the Slot, and then booted up and over the ridge to the Crooked. The snow was fantastic the entire way. The ice down toward the exit could easily be avoided by staying right. Awesome day.
