Moving slowly, arrived at Narada at 11 to find one car and one person.  Sunny in the morning, moderate to heavy snow began around 1:30pm.  Skied a lap from castle saddle and a DEEP lap in the drainage just east of there. Snow was incredible, knee to thigh blower. It hit me in the face a lot. I liked it. We were initially worried about the effects of the wind during the past storm but we saw no sign of it.  Stability was perfect.  Still getting facials on the final slope down to the parking lot. 2 inches on the car.  A great day.
Was there plenty of coverage on the approach above Reflection Lake? I assume it might have been a little thin?

Thanks

Hey Gorpy!  He likes it!

How was Narada face?  4 days ago it was a no go on downhill.  Glad you had such good snow.  I'm jealous!

bc_skier- Coverage was fantastic, not an issue.

Rusty Knees- We ascended Narada face breaking trail with knee-high ski penetration.  We expected to have to take it slow on the way down it due to hidden obstacles but we didn't hit anything.  Ironically, it ended up being the deepest mini-run of the day--one continuous face-shot.  I wish every tour ended that way.

Here are some shaky-handed, fogged-up iPhone shots to give you an idea.  It starts with a shot of Narada Face. The only downhill footage is a low angle section on our second lap:
