No doubt. I think the surname was historically prevalent in British domestic help. And you know what miscreants those lower class English can be.There also appears to have been a "ron jarvis". A miscreant, no doubt.

Ronj is correct. My ancestors who were Scottish aristocrats had a domestic helper, an Englishman named Jim David Jarvis whose job was emptying the family chamber pots. He was, according to family history, a jovial man with ruddy cheeks but low IQ and penchant for buggery,

Back in those days, everyone rode around in a horse and buggery.

* Properly setting the superscript ranks in cases of ties (if you look at the rankings now, it should be obvious what that does).
* Complete lists of all topic starters for all the boards listed (now over 2000 OPs) and for all TR boards (now almost 1000 OPs). So you can see a complete list of anyone who has posted a TR on TAY, or started a topic in any of the 4 main Hot Air boards.
* A combined histogram of both of those data sets.
Some more interesting observations from the new features:
* Out of the 2000+ members who have started a topic, over 800 have only started a single topic, and another 300 have only started two topics. At the other end of the range, 66 members have started over 50 topics and 19 of those have started over 100 topics.
* Out of the nearly 1000 members who have posted a backcountry or lift TR, over 370 have only posted a single TR, and another 140 have only posted two TRs. At the other end of the range, 41 members have posted over 50 TRs and 11 of those have posted over 100 TRs.
I'll try to occasionally update the latest output of the script (certainly if/when more features are added to the script, otherwise maybe once a month):
