I don't have any experience with Zazzle, but I've got a CafePress t-shirt that's in good shape and I'm hard on clothes. I like the idea of multiple styles, hats, mugs -- we all want to help make TAY Inc. work!

A slush-cup T-shirt wouldn't be bad either... I picture Jerry's life-saver ring thing, with a silhouette of the famous snoslut beer-in-hand photo in the center.

Sign me up for a couple, along with a ball cap. This is cool Petzl design:
en.petzl.com/petzl/SportProduits?Produit=587&Activite=0
The climber starts off at the bottom on the front of the shirt, places pro up and around the arm, on to the back of the shirt. Maybe a couple people putting in an up-track then a ski down design? They don't sell these in the US unfortunately.
Ball cap- a simple T-A-Y across the front would get the job done. Less is more.
And if you feel the urge to contribute now, hit the very user friendly "Donate Button" located in the upper right hand corner of this page! It's fast, fun and available 24X7!!

I've been doing shirts on Cafepress for 2 years now and they have held up just fine. The shirts I made 2 years ago still look good after numerous washings. CP does not charge as much for shipping and if you go the bulk route you can get shirts for much less then advertised single shirts. (example, a $18 long sleeve t-shirt would be $12 if bought in bulk of 15 or more).
FWIW.....
