One possibility is a class action. Another is demanding a refund.
Hopefully Crystal will decide not to lie, cheat, and steal by selling a promise then taking it away. And we're talking about over $600 for the 10 free lift tickets for big sky.
Unbelievable. Do you suppose they thought no one would notice? It's nice to be assured that while someone is bending you over they're also pretty sure you're a complete moron.

My issue is different because it involves fraud and I guarantee that I will get some sort of response.
I hope you do get a response. I've not.

Just indicating that I don't think they're highly motivated toward responsiveness. Certainly a letter from your attorney threatening a class-action might be more inspiring, and could well cost you more to send than the price of the pass, let alone the prosecution of the case. Unless of course you're a lawyer!

There is. like I said, the credit card company if one is lookinng for a refund. There is also the state attorney general for fraud.
My experience with class actions is that the attorney gets the fee from the company that is defrauding as part of the settlement. Also, all persons who bought a season's pass prior to the changing conditions and requirements would be included in the class action and it's up to folks to notify the atty if you wish NOT to be included in the class action, i.e., you have to opt out.
(Note: I am not an atty and if I am totally off base here I trust an an atty reading this will straighten me out. I am just going by past experience.)
Because Boyne is a corporation I didn't expect an immediate response from Crystal. Right now I am creating a paper trail. And, I hope that Boyne will do the right thing and this will be a moot discussion.
I have both complaints. Pricing and bait-and-switch.
