Screaming deal, but seems like the heel mount is outside of the spec?
This shows mounting area width from 26.2-54.2 mm:

At 28.5 it's within the mounting area as stated. I've mounted dozens of pairs of skis, including several with this same mounting zone. With the proper drill size, tap, epoxy or shoe goo, a person would tear their knee apart before pulling these out of the skis.
