I looked yesterday and it wasn't there yet.

From the WAC Facebook page, regarding the report:

Cornucopia Peak avalanche report is complete and will be available publicly soon. #oravy #avy

Wallowa Avalanche Center
Expect it to probably be posted this week on the Wallowa Avalanche Center website and avalanche.org

Does anyone know if the accident report has been released yet, and if so, where one can access it?

Thank-you,
MJ

Wallowa Avalanche Center said this in their March 1 update (lower right of their front page):

The report on the February 11th avalanche accident has been submitted for publication. We will post a link here when it is available.

Looks like they just published verbatim the report from the guides that were involved, with maybe a bit of the interviews with the clients.

Jake's memorial in Bellingham last weekend was SRO. He was a great guy and obviously made a lot of impact in the community in his short 23 years. RIP.
