I like the idea of the first video better. I think that there is an opportunity to really educate people better though with a couple things in mind. 1) it can be pretty difficult to see what is in a video of a snow pit test especially since everything is white, so a detailed description of what he is looking at would be great 2) extracting and sharing nuggets of knowledge that are gained from doing lots of snow pit tests that may not be obvious would be great also. 3) would be cool to add a static shot or a few slides in the video of the forecast graphics etc. (previously the avalanche rose)
