Anyone been up to Camp Muir recently? Saturday is my last chance to get in some September turns but I saw a trip report on alltrails that said two hikers fell into a "crevasse" on their way... Is it melted out that badly?

See the detailed TR that I posted just after you asked this question:

Headed up tomorrow for the same reason (month 143). There will be three of us, two skiers and one hiker. we'll stay together for the upper part (thanks Amar!) and will look for you. From what I've seen this in reports and from last month it does not look nearly as bad as the low-snow year of a few years ago. Hope to be in the parking lot about 8 am.

Wow, thank you, Amar, for the incredibly detailed trip report!
We (one skier and one hiker) are also trying to hit the parking lot by 8am or so unless we decide it's not worth it and just hike elsewhere.

Heading up tomorrow (Thursday) but did anyone go up today? I saw someone possibly skinning from the parking lot on the cam.
